2.1. Handcrafted Nature : Each piece of resin floral jewelry is handcrafted and unique. As such, slight variations in color, shape, and size may occur, which is not considered a defect.

​2.2. Materials : Our products are made with high-quality resin and preserved natural flowers. Due to the nature of these materials, some flowers may change slightly in appearance over time.

​2.3. Custom Orders : Custom orders are welcome. However, once a custom order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or altered. Custom orders may require additional time for production.

3. Pricing and Payment :

3.1. Prices : All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include taxes or shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

​3.2. Paymen t: Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods include [List Payment Methods, e.g., UPI, Credit/Debit cards, Razorpay, Bank transfer,etc..]

​3.3. Refunds and Exchanges: Due to the handmade nature of our products, refunds and exchanges are only available for defective items. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 2 days if you receive a defective or incorrect item with proper unboxing video

4.1. Shipping Costs :  Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. International shipping may be subject to additional customs fees or taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.

4.2. Delivery Time : Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees. Cosmic Florals is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs clearance.

4.3. Risk of Loss : All items are shipped via Indian Post and are insured for their full value. The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
